The government has appointed a new head of the State Customs Service.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed Orest Mandziy as head of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.

The corresponding proposal based on the results of the open competition was submitted by Finance Minister Sergei Marchenko .

The government noted that it expects the new leader to continue customs reform and build a modern, transparent, and efficient system that promotes the state’s financial stability.

Key objectives include the consistent implementation of changes and further strengthening of the institutional capacity of the State Customs Service of Ukraine .

The appointment took place as part of a plan to reform the customs system and improve its efficiency.
