The Cabinet of Ministers plans to wind down the “National Cashback” program, which provides for interest payments on the purchase of Ukrainian goods.
This is stated in the resolution of November 22.
As noted in the document, payments to buyers in 2026 will not be made from May 1, 2026. However, in the absence of budget funds, cashback accrual will be stopped even earlier – from January 1.
At the same time, if the government does not have enough money and closes the program early next year, the cashback for December 2025 will not be transferred. However, if this does not happen, the interest will be credited in February 2026.
At the same time, the government warned that users will be able to receive the last payment for the purchase of Ukrainian products in April next month – in May.
Recall that the government is delaying the payments promised under the National Cashback program . Despite the fact that Ukrainians should have already received money for September, the last payment was received for purchases made in July.
By the way, the Cabinet of Ministers has made the first payments to Ukrainians within the framework of the “Winter Support” . Almost 2 million citizens of Ukraine received the funds.
