The government will not stop bookings through “Diya”: the decision has been postponed for further development

The new Cabinet of Ministers has decided not to suspend the automatic booking of military conscripts through the “Diya” portal for now. The issue has been postponed for additional consideration.
This is reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing an informed source.
According to the publication’s interlocutor, automatic booking through “Diya” will continue to work.
“No one is stopping reservations at “Diya” for sure. The government gave the order to postpone consideration of this issue,” the source noted.
As the government explained, during the preparation of the previous proposals, not all risks and positions of stakeholders were fully taken into account. That is why the new Cabinet decided to take additional time to analyze possible changes.
The source also clarified that the idea of temporarily suspending bookings was developed by the previous government. At the same time, the Ministry of Economy, which should initiate such decisions, does not currently plan to rush into introducing new restrictions.
Thus, information about the possible suspension of bookings through “Diya”, which was previously distributed in the media, has now lost its relevance.
Recall, the day before, a number of media outlets reported that the government may temporarily suspend automatic booking of employees through the “Diya” portal in connection with the creation of a coordination center that will verify the compliance of enterprises with the criteria of critical importance. It was reported that the pause could last about a month, and business representatives warned of the risks of delays in rebooking employees.
It was also previously reported that after updating the rules for determining critical enterprises, the current criticality status and already made reservations will remain valid until September 1, 2026 .
In addition, a new function has been launched on the “Diya” portal, which allows enterprises of the defense-industrial complex and companies critical to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to reserve employees even if there are violations in military records.
