The GUR declared an ethnocide in the occupied territories of Ukraine

Russia continues to change the demographic and ethno-national composition of the population in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

According to the GUR, Moscow actively imports Russian citizens, as well as immigrants from Central Asia, the Caucasus, and Africa, to the TOT.

For the displaced, state programs are launched, preferential mortgages and land are provided. Separately, the Russian authorities send their officials to work in the occupation administrations.

According to intelligence, such processes are most active in Crimea, as well as in the occupied territories of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhia, and Kherson regions.

The GUR states that against this background, the situation with the population in the occupied territories is only worsening.

In particular, in the occupied part of Donetsk region, mortality rates significantly exceed birth rates. The number of deaths among people of working age is also increasing.

Intelligence officials believe that in this way Russia is gradually changing the demographic and ethnic composition of the population in the occupied territories of Ukraine.
