The High Anti-Corruption Court has denied a request to lift the requirement for former head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, to wear an electronic surveillance device.

This is stated in a statement by the High Anti-Corruption Court.

The court previously ordered Yermak to remain in custody with the option of posting bail in the amount of 140 million hryvnias. After posting bail, he was released from custody, but was required to comply with a number of procedural obligations, including wearing an electronic bracelet.

The defense filed a motion to lift this obligation, but the court denied it, leaving the current conditions of the preventive measure unchanged.

As a reminder, the full bail amount of 140 million hryvnias was posted for the former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak .
