Ukraine uses international military assistance transparently and responsibly – these are the conclusions reached by the Temporary Special Commission of the Verkhovna Rada, which conducted a large-scale audit within the framework of cooperation with allies.
This is reported by Interfax-Ukraine .
According to the head of the TSC, Alexandra Ustinova, no abuses or deviations were detected in the processes of accounting and use of the provided weapons, equipment, or materials.
Representatives of the commission held more than 40 meetings with US lawmakers, representatives of the White House, the Pentagon, and the Inspector General of the US Department of Defense, Robert Storch.
All parties highly appreciated the level of transparency of the Ukrainian system for accounting for assistance received as part of international support for the defensive fight against Russian aggression.
In her report presented to the Verkhovna Rada, Ustinova emphasized that impeccable reporting helped Ukraine not only maintain the trust of allies, but also significantly expand the scope of support in 2024–2025. This includes not only weapons, but also the training of pilots, technical personnel, new formats of defense partnership, and coordination within the Ramstein platform.
“Aid control is one of the main factors in our cooperation with the West. That is why the US and G7 partners continue to support us not only on the battlefield, but also in the development of defense-industrial potential,” she concluded.
