Analysts have recorded the advance of Russian troops in three regions of Ukraine. The largest changes are observed in the Pokrovsky direction, as well as near Kamyanka in the Kharkiv region and Novohrygorivka in the Zaporizhia region.

Analysts noted that the map has been updated with the latest confirmed data from the front line. According to them, Russian forces were able to advance in the Pokrovsk area, as well as in several sectors in the northeast and south of the country.
“The map has been updated. The enemy has advanced in the areas of Pokrovsk, Kamyanka, and Novohrygorivka,” the analytical project said in a statement.
The published fragments of the map show the shift of the front line in certain areas within the framework of active hostilities.
The day before, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, reported that a comprehensive operation to destroy and displace enemy forces is underway in the Pokrovsko-Mirnograd agglomeration . The city’s defense is being coordinated with additional units, weapons, and unmanned systems.
It was previously reported that at the beginning of the week , Ukrainian special forces from the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense were sent to Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region to stabilize the situation after a sharp escalation of hostilities.
As a reminder, the enemy continues to gradually penetrate Pokrovsk , increasing its presence with infantry units and increasing pressure on Ukrainian positions.
As reported, the enemy is trying to surround Pokrovsk and advance to the northwest and north of the urban agglomeration , actively using drones and artillery to control the logistics of Ukrainian troops and search for infiltration routes.
By the way, on the morning of October 29 , the Russian occupiers tried to demonstrate their presence in Pokrovsk by installing the tricolor on the entrance ceiling of the city . However, within an hour, the symbol of the occupiers was eliminated.
