The Kremlin announced Russia’s advancement and change of position in the negotiations

The Kremlin announced “positive” dynamics for Russian troops at the front and linked it to the further progress of negotiations regarding the war.

This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

According to him, Russian troops are allegedly advancing along the front line, and this will affect Moscow’s position during possible negotiations.

“As this positive dynamic for us advances and dominates, the negotiations will proceed differently,” Peskov said.

He also claims that Kyiv is supposedly aware of the situation on the battlefield.
