The Kremlin called on foreigners to leave Kyiv and threatened new “retaliatory strikes”

The Russian Foreign Ministry urged foreign citizens and diplomats to leave Kyiv and advised against traveling to Ukraine. The Russian ministry also announced its intention to continue “massive retaliatory strikes.”

This is reported by Russian media.

The statement claims that the Russian military allegedly continues to strike military targets in Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities in response to Ukraine’s “terrorist actions.”

The Russian ministry said it had repeatedly warned foreign countries not to travel to Ukraine. In particular, the Russian Foreign Ministry mentioned the United States, Great Britain, European Union countries, Norway, and Switzerland.

“We note that not everyone has heeded these warnings and is knowingly putting their lives in mortal danger. Many embassies operate in Kyiv… and foreign officials arrive on visits,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said.

The agency also stated that the Russian army would continue to deliver “massive retaliatory strikes.”

“The Russian Foreign Ministry once again warns foreign citizens, including personnel of diplomatic missions, against staying in Ukraine and traveling… Responsibility for possible negative consequences lies entirely with those who ignore this warning,” the statement said.

Recall that the Russians used a jet drone to strike the Northern Bridge in Kyiv , which connects the right and left banks of the Dnieper River. Two people were injured as a result of the Russian strike.
