The Ministry of Defense is preparing a large-scale reform of recruitment and service in the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The Ministry of Defence is working on a comprehensive reform of recruitment and service conditions in the Defence Forces. The first 10 of 30 planned projects are almost ready for launch.
This was announced by Defense Minister Mikhail Fedorov .
According to him, the reform aims to transform the system in such a way as to increase the effectiveness of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and accelerate the exhaustion of the enemy both on the battlefield and economically.
Fedorov noted that this is one of the key areas of work during his first three months in office. Details regarding specific changes and innovations will be announced later.
