The Ministry of Energy has warned about power outages: how and where the schedules will operate

On Thursday, March 12, measures to limit electricity consumption will be in effect in all regions of Ukraine.

This was reported by the Ministry of Energy.

From 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, hourly outage schedules will apply for residential consumers, and capacity limitation schedules will apply for industry and business.

The department emphasized that up-to-date information on outages is posted on the official resources of regional distribution system operators (oblenergo).

In addition, there are new power outages in two frontline regions due to fighting and Russian strikes on energy infrastructure.

Some communities in Zaporizhia and Kharkiv regions are temporarily without electricity. However, energy workers are already working to eliminate the consequences of the shelling and restore power.

Recall that the need for restoration and modernization of the energy sector for the next ten years is $90.6 billion . Compared to the previous estimate, this amount has increased by 34%.
