The meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and US leader Donald Trump ended in New York.
This was reported by “Suspilne”.
According to Zelensky, it was good and “the most complete” compared to all previous ones.
“We had a very good meeting today. It’s too early to say any elements of the meeting, a little later, but it was really, probably, the most fulfilling,” the president commented.
In addition, he was asked whether he would nominate Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize if he ended the war started by Russia.
“If he finishes it, absolutely. I’m sure Ukrainians will too. I will do it with pleasure, because this great mission has ended,” Zelenskyy replied.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and US leader Donald Trump held a press conference and made a number of statements about the successes of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the purchase of Russian oil, and the Kremlin’s provocations.
