The National Guard will receive “Lens” and “Zoom”: drones are capable of operating even when communication is lost

The National Guard of Ukraine will receive Linza 3.0 bomber drones and Zoom 3.0 reconnaissance drones from the German-Ukrainian enterprise Quantum Frontline Industries. They will be manufactured in Germany, and delivery under a new contract is scheduled for 2027.

Quantum Frontline Industries is a joint venture between Ukrainian Frontline Robotics and German Quantum Systems. Both drone models were developed by Frontline Robotics.
“We are improving Lens and Zoom based on feedback from the Ukrainian military. It is their needs that determine how our systems develop,” said Pavlo Kosolapkin, CTO and co-founder of Frontline Robotics.
According to him, production in Germany gives the company additional capacity to scale solutions already tested in Ukraine and increase their supply to the military.
“Linza 3.0” is a drone-bomber capable of carrying up to 4 kg of payload over a distance of up to 15 km. Its flight duration is up to 60 minutes.
“Zoom 3.0” is designed for reconnaissance, including target detection, determination of their coordinates and fire adjustment in conditions of active electronic countermeasures. The drone can also stay in the air for up to 60 minutes, and its tactical radius reaches 20 km.
Both systems use artificial intelligence-based navigation and can operate autonomously in the target area, allowing them to obtain intelligence and precise coordinates even when standard radio channels are disrupted.
Recall that Ukraine is preparing to deploy a new air defense system based on artificial intelligence , which should strengthen the protection of cities from Russian attacks.
