The National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) objected to the Fire Point co-owner’s claim that he attended their meetings.

In response to a request from Ukrainska Pravda, the National Security and Defense Council reported that the co-owner of Fire Point did not attend Security Council meetings, while Denis Stillerman himself claimed the opposite.

The National Security and Defense Council, in response to a request from Ukrayinska Pravda, broadcast of the TCI meeting

Verbatim: “Following the review by the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of your request dated May 14, 2025, to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, we inform you that Fire Point co-owner Denis Stillerman did not participate in the meetings of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.”

At the same time, Shtilerman himself claimed at a meeting of the Temporary Investigative Commission (TIC) that he had attended numerous National Security and Defense Council meetings. He said the last time he attended a Security Council meeting was earlier this year.

When asked by the chair of the TSC meeting on May 13 whether Shtilerman had been invited to the National Security and Defense Council meeting, he replied: “Yes, I have been there several times.”

When asked to clarify when he was last there, the co-owner of Fire Point said: “This year.”

On April 30, Fire Point co-owner Denis Shtilerman stated that the published “Mindich tapes” were an attempt to discredit him, and asked the NABU to verify their authenticity and report whether these recordings constitute criminal proceedings.

On May 13, Shtilerman told the VSK that businessman Timur Mindich wanted to acquire 50% of the shares of Fire Point (a developer and manufacturer of long-range attack drones and cruise missiles) and proposed “a person who would front for him.”
