In Kyiv, the number of alert groups of territorial recruitment and social support centers has increased by 40% in recent months. The Kyiv City CCC explained this by the need to increase the efficiency of mobilization measures during martial law.

Acting Deputy Head of the Kyiv City CCC and SP Valeriy Kravchenko announced the strengthening of mobilization measures during a meeting of the Temporary Investigative Commission of the Verkhovna Rada on the investigation of possible violations of legislation in the field of defense and observance of human rights under martial law.
According to him, the changes took place after the reorganization of the CCC in the capital. In particular, the number of alert groups of territorial recruitment and social support centers in the capital was increased by 40% .
“Recently, the number of alert groups has been increased. The number of staff in alert groups has been increased. All this is happening because there is a requirement to strengthen mobilization means,” said Valery Kravchenko.
He clarified that the strengthening of mobilization measures has been ongoing for approximately the last 3-4 months .
Kravchenko also stated that representatives of the CCC are acting within the framework of current legislation. According to him, the work of the alert groups is carried out in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 560.
The document provides for the possibility of notifying those liable for military service: in public places, in transport, at their place of residence and at their place of work.
Separately, the acting deputy head of the Kyiv CCC noted that under martial law in the capital, joint search operations are being carried out on an ongoing basis with the participation of the police and military units.
“I do not see that the activities of the CCC employees are any violation of current legislation,” Kravchenko emphasized.
Recall that Ukraine is preparing a reform of territorial recruitment and social support centers, which involves the creation of a new structure called “Reserve Offices+” . As part of the changes, it is planned to separate mobilization and social functions, as well as digitize some processes.
Earlier, the Verkhovna Rada registered a bill that is supposed to change the rules of work for employees of territorial recruitment centers (TCC) . This concerns the mandatory identification of servicemen during mobilization events.
