Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić arrived in Ukraine on September 18 at the invitation of Volodymyr Zelenskyy. He will participate in a meeting of the “Carpathian Integration Initiative”.

Vučić announced his arrival on Facebook.

According to him, the visit will focus on participation in a project that should strengthen economic, transport and infrastructure ties between the countries of the expanded Carpathian region.

The Serbian president stated that his participation in the initiative should contribute to stability and peace for the citizens of Serbia.

Separately, Vučić spoke about the possibilities of developing transport connections. According to him, Serbia can cooperate with Romania, Hungary, Ukraine, and Poland.
