The Prosecutor General’s Office denied the allegations of suspicion against the head of NABU

The Prosecutor General’s Office denied information about the alleged announcement of suspicion to one of the heads of anti-corruption agencies. The UCP stated that no person in these criminal proceedings was informed of suspicion.
This was reported by the Prosecutor General’s Office.
The UCP noted that there are no legal grounds for reporting the suspicion, and the information about the alleged suspicion is untrue.
The Prosecutor General’s Office also reported that the relevant suspicion marks in the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations have been canceled.
We will remind, on September 14, Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko announced that he had signed a notice of suspicion against NABU Director Semen Kryvonos .
After that, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appealed to the Verkhovna Rada with a request to immediately support the resignation of Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko.
The Anti-Corruption Center announced that Kravchenko had left Ukraine . He himself explained his stay outside Ukraine by a business trip.
It later became known that Kravchenko went on a five-day business trip to Paris . The purpose of the trip was stated to be participation in a hearing of the PACE parliamentary network.
