Ukraine is preparing a large-scale mobilization reform, which involves changing approaches to persons wanted by territorial recruitment centers.

This was stated by the head of the Servant of the People faction, David Arakhamia, in a comment to the Telegraph.

According to him, the Ministry of Defense is completing the development of legislative changes, which will soon be presented to the parliament and society. The presentation of the reform will first be held in the relevant committee, and then – for factions and groups.

Arahamiya noted that the new concept involves reviewing approaches to approximately two million people wanted by the CCC.

“There are issues, for example, two million people are wanted. They are all removed from the wanted list, but there is a certain procedure for what to do in the future,” he explained.

At the same time, the reform will include both mitigation and stricter mechanisms of influence. According to the People’s Deputy, it is about forming a new balance in the mobilization system.

In addition, the changes should reduce the number of conflicts and incidents of violence surrounding the work of the CCC.

Arakhamia stressed that if the reform is not accelerated, similar incidents may occur again. Parliament plans to discuss this issue with the Minister of Defense in the near future.

As previously reported, on April 6, during a military conscription awareness event in Kharkiv, an unknown man attacked servicemen. As a result of the attack, one of them was stabbed.

We remind you that the Ministry of Defense denied information about the alleged launch of a new stage of mobilization from April 1.
