The Russian army attacked Kyiv: a fire broke out in a 16-story building

On the night of Tuesday, May 12, debris from a Russian drone fell on a residential building in the Obolonskyi district of Kyiv. This caused a fire on the roof of the 16-story building, which residents were able to put out before rescuers arrived.

This was reported to the Kyiv police.

No one was injured as a result of the falling debris. At the same time, law enforcement officers are working at the scene, documenting the consequences of the attack and recording the damage to the house.

“During the airstrike, debris from an enemy drone fell onto the roof of a 16-story building and caused a fire,” the police said.

The investigative and operational group of the Obolon Police Department is currently working at the scene. Law enforcement officers are establishing all the circumstances of another Russian attack on the capital.
