The Russian army attacked the Kyiv region with missiles and drones: one person was injured, houses were damaged.

On the night of November 8, Russian occupiers attacked the Kyiv region with drones and missiles. There was damage in the Vyshhorod and Boryspil districts. Civilians were injured.

This was reported by the head of the Kyiv police department, Nikolai Kalashnik.

“All night long, the enemy launched a massive attack on the Kyiv region with missiles and drones. Civilian settlements and energy grid facilities are under attack,” the statement reads.

A woman was injured in an enemy attack in the Vyshgorod district. She was taken to a local hospital with shrapnel wounds to her thigh. All necessary medical care is being provided.

In the Boryspil and Vyshgorod districts, private residential buildings and cars were damaged.

All operational services on the ground continue to work to record and eliminate the consequences of the enemy attack.

“A terrorist country is deliberately attacking critical infrastructure, trying to leave us without power and heat. It’s striking peaceful settlements at night, trying to intimidate and sow panic. They won’t succeed. We are strong, we stand side by side, and therefore we are unyielding,” the head added.
