The Russian army dropped two air bombs on the center of Kherson: one person was killed and many were injured

Russian forces launched an airstrike on the Central District of Kherson on August 1, dropping two guided bombs. The attack killed a 54-year-old woman and injured 18 others.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson OVA, Oleksandr Prokudin.

According to Prokudin, at around 4:00 p.m., the Russian occupiers dropped two guided aerial bombs on the Central District of Kherson. The hits damaged two healthcare facilities, private homes, and warehouses.

Initially, five people were reported injured, but the number of victims later increased to 18. Ten more victims were taken to medical facilities: women aged 21, 59, 61, 63, and 72, as well as men aged 25, 40, 48, 65, and 70.

The victims were diagnosed with explosive and closed head injuries, contusions, shrapnel wounds, bruises, fractures, and concussion. All are receiving the necessary medical care.

The identity of the deceased has also been established. A 54-year-old resident of Kherson suffered fatal injuries as a result of a Russian airstrike.

The day before, Russian troops used an FPV drone to attack a minibus in the Nikopol district of the Dnipropetrovsk region. The strike injured 8 people, including a 16-year-old boy, and two men are in serious condition.

By the way, on August 1, Russian troops attacked the territory of the Rozetka marketplace in Brovary, Kyiv region. The strike killed one person and injured six others.

Recall that on the night of August 1, the Russians massively attacked Kyiv with ballistic missiles. It is known that 9 people were killed and 30 injured. In addition, on the morning of August 1, the enemy attacked Odessa .
