Russia has begun to transfer troops from one direction to another, indicating problems with the number of personnel.

This was stated by the spokesman for the Dnipro Regional Administrative Organization Viktor Tregubov during the telethon.

In particular, the Ukrainian military has already recorded the movement of occupiers from the Kherson region to the Donetsk region.

“They are transferring, and this is not bad news. If they previously replenished from their own rear, from their own reserves, or transferred from the territory of the Russian Federation, now they are transferring along the contact line. This indicates that they are not ideal with their personnel resources,” Tregubov explained.

He suggested that the losses suffered by the occupiers during the winter and summer offensive campaigns had taken their toll “even on Russia’s limited human resources.”

In addition, the spokesman assured that some of the men who are called up for service in Russia will end up at the front in Ukraine.

“Given the pace of both preparation and losses, somewhere at the beginning of next year the Russian authorities will face a question: either to curb their appetites or to conduct a serious mass mobilization, which will be noticed in Moscow and St. Petersburg – large cities, and not just in the villages of Buryatia,” Tregubov concluded.

Earlier, Putin signed a decree on the autumn draft , which will take place from October 1 to December 31. During this time, it is planned to call up 135 thousand people for service.

As a reminder, cadets of the Military Institute of Communications from St. Petersburg are undergoing “practice” at the front , while the main building of the educational institution remains empty.
