The Russian army shelled Bila Tserkva: one person was killed and one was injured

On the night of September 2, Bila Tserkva was hit by another airstrike — Russian forces attacked the city with kamikaze drones. The shelling caused fires, damage to civilian infrastructure, and casualties among the population.

According to the Bila Tserkva Urban Territorial Community, the attack occurred at night, and the city came under attack from enemy drones. As a result, a large-scale fire broke out, which rescuers and other services are urgently trying to localize.

One person has been reported dead and several injured. Local authorities have urged citizens to stay in shelters during air raid warnings and not open windows due to possible smoke in some areas of the city.

Later, the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, clarified that the man’s body was discovered by rescuers while extinguishing a fire on the territory of one of the garage cooperatives. In addition, damage to windows in apartment buildings, fires in industrial and commercial premises were recorded in the city.

All emergency services continue to work at the scene, eliminating the consequences of another attack.

We remind you that on Monday, September 1, as a result of Russian shelling of Sumy, part of the city was left without water supply.
