The Russian army shelled Kherson, leaving many dead and injured.
As a result of artillery shelling of Kherson on October 14, three civilians were killed and four more were injured.
The Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this.
According to investigators, the occupiers fired on the city twice—at around 12:30 and 1:00 p.m.—using artillery fire, targeting residential areas.
The attacks killed a man and two women, and left four civilians injured to varying degrees.
The prosecutor’s office has launched a pre-trial investigation into war crimes under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine—violations of the laws and customs of war that resulted in the death of people.
