The Russian army struck Odessa: there are wounded, including children

On Tuesday, June 17, the Russian occupation army launched a massive drone strike on Odessa. The shelling resulted in injuries, including children.

“Despite the active work of our air defense fighters, there is destruction, fires, and damage to civilian infrastructure in the city, including residential buildings, an inclusive center, a preschool, garages, etc.,” he noted.

“Currently, at least five people are known to have been injured, including one child,” the post says.

As of 6:30 a.m., 13 people have been hospitalized. People may be trapped under the rubble. The consequences of the Russian attack are being eliminated.

Mayor Gennady Trukhanov stressed that in the inclusive center destroyed by the Russians, children with special psychophysical development were working there, and canitherapy (a type of therapy with animals, a method of treatment and rehabilitation using specially selected and trained dogs) was carried out. The mayor clarified that no one was injured in the inclusive center. The building of a kindergarten located nearby was also damaged. Significant destruction in the historical part of the city: houses are damaged, and fires are still being extinguished at some addresses.
