The Russian army suffered its highest daily losses since the beginning of the invasion
The Russian army lost 2,500 soldiers over the past 24 hours. This is the largest daily figure since the start of the full-scale invasion.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to military data, as of November 2, total losses of Russian army personnel reached about 1,592,770 people.
In addition, during the day, the Defense Forces neutralized:
- 1 tank;
- 7 armored combat vehicles;
- 46 artillery systems;
- 2 multiple launch rocket systems;
- 1 air defense system;
- 936 operational-tactical level drones;
- 9 ground robotic complexes;
- 371 units of automotive equipment and tank trucks;
- 2 units of special equipment.
The previous record for daily losses of the Russian army was recorded on October 21 – 2,250 soldiers. The new figure exceeded it by 250 people.
Recall that the losses of Russian troops in October were record highs for the entire period of the full-scale war.
