The SBU attacked one of Russia’s largest oil platforms in the Caspian Sea.

SBU Special Operations Center Alpha fighters launched a drone strike on the Filanovsky oil platform in the Caspian Sea.
The media reports this.
According to the source, the platform belongs to Lukoil-Nizhnevolzhskneft. This is Ukraine’s first known attack on Russian oil infrastructure in the Caspian Sea.
Special forces recorded at least four direct hits on the facility. The attack disrupted oil and gas production from more than 20 wells serviced by the platform.
The Filanovsky field is considered one of the largest explored fields in Russia and the Russian part of the Caspian Sea: its reserves are estimated at 129 million tons of oil and 30 billion cubic meters of gas. Extracted resources were exported via the Caspian Pipeline Consortium.
