The situation in the Dobropillya direction has been stabilized. Thanks to the heroic efforts of our defense forces, the front line is holding reliably.

The head of the Donetsk OVA, Vadim Filashkin, reported this.

“Thanks to the heroic efforts of our Defense Forces, the front line is holding securely. I thank everyone who, at this difficult moment, carried out the task in the most difficult area and showed an example of resilience and professionalism. We, in turn, as regional authorities, continue to help the troops, maintain security in the community, maintain security in the community.”

Let us recall that on August 11, the DeepState project reported on the active advance of Russian troops in the Dobropolye area. It later became known that Azov had joined the defense in the Pokrovsk direction : the enemy, trying to advance in the direction, is suffering significant losses in manpower and equipment.

Earlier, the Armed Forces of Ukraine denied information about a breakthrough of Russian troops in the Pokrovsk direction , emphasizing that the situation, although tense, is under control. In support of the defense, the 1st operational corps of the National Guard of Ukraine “Azov” was transferred here, which has already taken certain positions and is blocking the enemy’s attempts to advance.

It is worth adding that Russian occupation forces have amassed a large number of personnel between three cities in the Donetsk region – Pokrovskoe, Dobropolye and Konstantinovka.
