The SSS reported damage to 34 Russian energy facilities in the occupied territories.

During the first week of September, the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) struck 34 energy facilities in the temporarily occupied territories of Crimea and southern and eastern Ukraine as part of Operation Crimean Switch Off.

This was reported by the commander of the SBS Robert Brovdi (Madyar).

According to him, the operation will run from July 6 to September 9, 2026. During this time, Ukrainian military personnel have worked on 374 power units.

The targets included electrical and traction substations of various voltage classes, as well as gas distribution stations. The facilities are located in the occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions, as well as in Crimea. Some targets were hit again.

Units of the Unmanned Systems Forces (USF), including the 1st Separate SBS Center, the 414th Separate Brigade “Birds of Madyar,” the 412th Brigade “Nemesis,” the 20th Brigade “K-2,” the 413th Regiment “Raid,” and the 427th Brigade “Raid,” were involved in the operation. The “Phoenix” unit of the State Defense Service of Ukraine (GNSU) also participated in the mission.

In addition to the energy infrastructure, the Ukrainian military reported the defeat of mobile fire groups of Russian troops.
