On the morning of July 30, employees of the State Bureau of Investigation began large-scale inspections of territorial recruitment and social support centers at the regional and district levels throughout Ukraine.
This was reported by “Ukrainska Pravda” with reference to a source in law enforcement agencies. The information was also confirmed by the press service of the State Bureau of Investigation.
According to the publication’s interlocutor, investigative actions are taking place in almost all regions of the country. The State Bureau of Investigation clarified that the checks are being carried out within the framework of the “Honest Call” operation, which is being implemented jointly with the command of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The purpose of the operation is to prevent violations in the work of the CCC and the Joint Venture, in particular cases of abuse of office, as well as to protect human rights. The Bureau noted that more detailed information about the results of the investigative actions will be published later.
