A powerful magnetic storm is expected on Earth on Friday, July 3. According to experts, geomagnetic activity will reach a K-index of 5.7, which corresponds to the red level and may affect people’s well-being.

This is evidenced by data from the Meteoagent service and the British Geological Survey.

The cause of the geomagnetic disturbances was a coronal mass ejection on the Sun, which was recorded on the evening of June 30. According to scientists, its impact will reach Earth on July 3. Periods of a G2-level geomagnetic storm are also not ruled out.

During strong magnetic storms, weather-dependent people, as well as those with cardiovascular or chronic diseases, may experience a deterioration in well-being. The most common symptoms include headache, dizziness, weakness, drowsiness, nausea, and fluctuations in blood pressure.

Experts advise getting more rest on this day, following a sleep schedule, drinking enough water, avoiding excessive physical exertion, giving up alcohol, and preferring light meals.
