The Supreme Court has begun hearing Petro Poroshenko’s lawsuit regarding illegal sanctions

The Supreme Court has begun a hearing on the lawsuit filed by the fifth president and leader of European Solidarity, Petro Poroshenko, regarding the illegality of the sanctions imposed.

The courtroom is attended by people’s deputies of Ukraine, Ukrainian and foreign media, as well as representatives of diplomatic missions.

Petro Poroshenko notes: sanctions against him were introduced without any legal basis in a preventive manner. And the documents themselves, in particular, the decisions of the National Security and Defense Council and the Presidential Decree, were falsified.
