The Appellate Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court left former Energy Minister Herman Galushchenko in custody and confirmed bail in the amount of UAH 200 million.

The panel of judges, chaired by Serhiy Bondar, considered the appeal and rejected it.
“The panel of judges decided to leave the appeal without satisfaction, and the decision of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court unchanged,” the judge announced.
Thus, the appellate court confirmed the previously chosen preventive measure of detention with the possibility of posting bail of UAH 200 million.
As previously reported, on February 17, the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court chose a preventive measure for former Energy Minister Herman Galushchenko.
