One of the confirmations was the promotion of the Power of Siberia-2 gas pipeline project, which will allow Russia to reorient energy supplies from the West to the East.

During his trip to China, Putin also outlined his vision for the future world order, saying that Western dominance was coming to an end and the world was becoming “multipolar.” The Times believes the statement is a continuation of the Kremlin’s long-standing strategy to undermine Western influence.
