The Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled 28 Russian attacks in the Pokrovsky direction, and fighting continues.

On Friday, February 6, 62 combat clashes were recorded on the Russian-Ukrainian front. The most intense fighting continues in the Pokrovsk sector, where the Ukrainian Defense Forces have stopped 28 of 31 enemy attacks since the start of the day.

This was reported in the construction of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 16:00.

Ukrainian border areas continue to be hit by Russian shelling. Throughout the day, settlements in the Chernihiv and Sumy regions came under fire, including Khripovka, Blyashnya, Arkhipovka, Bessalovka, Ryzhevka, Iskriskovshchina, Budki, Rogizno, Starikove, Studenok, Kazachye, Doroshevka, Seredyna Buda, Novovasilovka, and Shpy.

In the Severo-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, the enemy carried out 51 attacks on Ukrainian troop positions and settlements, including one using a multiple launch rocket system. Two airstrikes using seven guided bombs were also recorded.

In the South Slobozhansky direction, the enemy launched three attacks toward Prilepka, with one combat engagement ongoing. No enemy offensive activity has been detected in the Kupyansk and Kramatorsk directions.

In the Liman sector, Ukrainian forces repelled three attacks near Drobyshevo, Stavki, and Liman; another enemy attempt to improve its tactical position is ongoing. In the Slavyansk sector, Russian forces attempted to advance toward Yampol, Platonovka, and Krivaya Luka; one battle is ongoing.

In the Konstantinovsky direction, the occupiers carried out nine offensive actions in the areas of Konstantinovka, Pleshcheyevka, Shcherbinovka, Berestok, Ilyinovka and Sofievka, three attacks are ongoing.

In the Aleksandrovsky direction, the enemy attacked three times in the directions of Ivanovka and Soglasie, and also carried out an airstrike in the area of Pokrovskoe.

In the Hulyai-Polye sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled nine enemy attacks in the Hulyai-Polye area and toward Zelene, Svyatopetrivka, Pryluky, and Staroukrainka. Four combat clashes remain active. The enemy carried out seven airstrikes on several settlements.

One attack was recorded in the Orekhovo area near Primorskoye. No enemy offensive activity was detected in the Dnieper area.
