The Ukrainian Armed Forces struck Russian military targets in Crimea and the occupied territories.
On March 7 and the night of March 8, Ukrainian forces launched strikes against Russian military targets, including in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this.
Specifically, a Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft missile and gun system and a BK-16 landing craft came under attack in occupied Crimea . The final results and extent of the damage are being determined.
The Ukrainian Defense Forces also struck enemy drone control centers in the Belgorod region , as well as in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia region , Donetsk region , and Crimea.
In addition, command and observation posts of Russian units in the areas of Nizhny Rogachik in the captured part of Zaporizhzhia, as well as near Novopetrykivka , Volnovakha and Selidovo in the occupied part of Donbas were damaged.
The extent of the damage and other results of the strikes are still being determined.
It was previously reported that on March 2 , drones attacked the city of Novorossiysk in the Krasnodar region , resulting in a fire at an oil terminal.
As a reminder, the Defense Forces have already attacked the Sheskharis terminal . In November 2025, a massive fire broke out there.
