The US is preparing commemorative passports with the image of Donald Trump

The United States is planning to release a limited edition of passports dedicated to the 250th anniversary of the country’s independence. The document may feature an image of Donald Trump.

This was reported by a State Department spokesman.

This is a special series of passports that will be issued in a limited edition as part of the anniversary initiative. They plan to use a festive design dedicated to the history of the United States and the Declaration of Independence.

The State Department notes that the new passports will have a standard level of protection and will remain as secure as regular ones.

The issuance is scheduled for July. There will be no additional fee for such passports.
