The use of artillery, armored vehicles and drones: the Luhansk OTU spoke about the Russian tactics in the eastern directions

Russian occupation forces continue offensive operations in the Donetsk region: high enemy activity was recorded in the Torets direction, where 20 clashes took place over the past day.

This was stated by the spokesman for the Luhansk OTU, Dmytro Zaporozhets, during the telethon.

According to him, the number of enemy assault operations has increased by 33%. In particular, the occupiers have begun to use armored vehicles and motorcycles more often. At the same time, the use of FPV drones by the Russians has increased by a third compared to May: as of June 20, almost 7 thousand applications have already been recorded.

“If last month there were up to 10 thousand (drone applications – ed.), then this month there will probably be up to 12 thousand,” Zaporozhets suggested.

He added that as a result, it is becoming increasingly difficult to conduct rotational operations. In addition, the enemy is actively trying to destroy Ukrainian logistics.

As the group’s spokesman noted, according to military information, the Russians have also increased the number of fiber-optic UAVs.

“These drones today are hunting for any logistics both day and night due to the fact that these drones have a high-quality signal,” he explained.

At the same time, the occupiers are also becoming more active in the Kramatorsk direction. However, compared to Toretsk, the nature of the actions of the Russian troops is different.

“There is a large number of artillery attacks in the Kramatorsk direction: from a hundred and more. On one of the days in June, it reached 526 per day. The minimum number of assault actions is on the settlement of Chasiv Yar. More are on the surrounding settlements. The enemy is trying to move in the direction of the same Stupochok,” Zaporozhets noted.

Instead, in the Torets direction, the occupiers are moving around the city. However, the greatest activity is currently in the direction of the settlements of Yablunivka and Oleksandro-Kalynove. There, the Russians are using armored vehicles and motorcycles for assaults.

As a reminder, Russian occupation troops are trying to advance towards the city of Konstantinovka in the Donetsk region, the enemy’s main goal is to reach the outskirts of the city.

By the way, there is high activity of Russian troops in many eastern directions of the front . This indicates an intensification of the enemy’s offensive, as previously warned.
