The VAKS confirmed the payment of 6 million UAH bail for Stefanyshyna

Bail in the amount of UAH 6 million has been set for former Ukrainian Ambassador to the United States Olga Stefanishyna. This preventive measure was previously set by the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court.
This was reported to Ukrinform by Kateryna Shipilova, an employee of the VAKS.
According to her, the bail amount set by the court for Stefanishyna has already been paid.
At the same time, Stefanishyna must fulfill a number of duties assigned to her. In particular, she must arrive at the call of NABU detectives, the prosecutor, the investigating judge, or the court, depending on the stage of the criminal proceedings.
Stefanishyna must also report a change of residence and not communicate with the persons identified by the investigating judge.
Stefanishina was reported on suspicion of illegal enrichment and declaring false information.
It was previously reported that anti-corruption authorities announced a new suspicion against Olga Stefanishyna .
Also, the head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Anti-Corruption Policy, Anastasia Radina, stated that the KAMparitet consortium , which is linked to Mykhailo Stefanishyn, owed the state about UAH 2 million.
It was also reported that people from Stefanishyna’s close circle received at least four large real estate properties under management through ARMA , including the Trade Union House on Independence Square in Kyiv.
