This was reported by the Mountain Rescuers of the Carpathian Region.
“As of 8:35 a.m., on Mount Pop Ivan, it’s cloudy, visibility is limited, and there’s snow. Wind is northeast at 20 meters per second. The air temperature is -3 degrees below zero,” the statement reads.
