Severe weather is raging in western Ukraine today, April 6, with hail, gusty winds, and damage to buildings. Volyn, Rivne, and Lviv regions were the hardest hit.

As of 2:20 p.m., 46 settlements in the Varaha and Rivne districts of the Rivne region were left without electricity. Later, at 2:32 p.m., 94 settlements in the Lviv region were partially or completely without electricity.

The storm has already caused significant damage. In the village of Khinochi in the Rivne region, the wind tore off the roof of a local school. In Olesk in the Lviv region, the roof of a building was also damaged. Wind gusts in the western, northern, and part of the central regions reached 15-20 m/s.
