Enemy shelling
Russian troops continue to shell border areas. In Sumy Oblast, Budki, Bachevsk, Khleborob, Tovstodubovo, Korenok, Rogizne, Volfino, Stepanovka, Ryzhevka, Iskriskovshchina, Krasnoye, Shalygino, Vorozhba, Starikove, and Progress came under fire. In Chernihiv Oblast, Dibrov and Liskovshchina came under fire.
The situation at the front
In the Severo-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, the enemy carried out two airstrikes using guided aerial bombs and carried out 47 attacks, including from multiple launch rocket systems.
In the South Slobozhansky direction, the occupiers twice attempted to improve their positions near Vovchansky Khutors, one battle continues.
In the Kupyansk direction, four enemy assaults were recorded in the areas of Petrovpavlovka and Novoosinove.
In the Liman direction, Ukrainian troops are repelling three attacks in the areas of Novomykhailivka, Tverdokhlebove, and Liman.
In the Kramatorsk direction, one attack took place near Nikiforovka.
In the Konstantinovka direction, the occupiers carried out 19 attacks in the areas of Konstantinovka, Pleshcheyevka, Ivanopol, Stepanovka, Ilyinovka, Rusiny Yar, Sofiyivka and Novopavlovka, two battles are ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, 18 attempts to break through defense positions were recorded in the areas of Ivanovka, Rodinskoye, Mirnohrad, Pokrovsk, Udachny, and other settlements. Three combat clashes are ongoing.
In the Aleksandrovsky direction, the enemy attacked four times in the areas of Aleksandrograd, Voronoye and Soglasie, and also carried out an air strike.
In the Hulyai-Polye sector, Ukrainian defenders have repelled ten attacks. The enemy is actively using airstrikes, hitting several settlements, including Vozdvizhovka, Tsvetkovo, and Shiroke.
No assault actions were recorded in the Orekhovo direction, but the enemy launched an airstrike in the Balabino area.
In the Dnieper direction, the occupiers carried out three attacks in the direction of the Antonovsky Bridge, one battle continues.
The General Staff notes that Ukrainian troops continue to contain the enemy’s advance in key areas.
