On Friday, March 27, 66 combat clashes were recorded on the Russian-Ukrainian front. The most intense fighting continues in the Pokrovskoe and Konstantinovskoe directions.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this as of 16:00.
Throughout the day, Russian troops actively shelled border areas. Villages in the Sumy region came under attack, including Korenok, Bachevsk, Tovstodubovo, Ryzhevka, Volfin, and others. In the Chernihiv region, Mikhalchina Sloboda and Zarya were shelled.
Fighting continues in the North Slobozhansky and Kursk directions; the enemy has carried out approximately 50 attacks, including using multiple launch rocket systems.
In the Kupyansk direction, Russian forces have carried out four assaults, one of which is ongoing. Six attacks have been recorded in the Limansk direction, with some fighting still ongoing. Enemy activity is also observed in the Slovyansk and Kramatorsk directions.
The situation remains most tense in the Konstantinovka sector, where the occupiers have launched 22 attacks, with some fighting still ongoing. No less intense fighting is taking place in the Pokrovsk sector, where Ukrainian forces have repelled 22 assaults, with four more clashes still ongoing.
In other areas of the front, particularly in the Aleksandrovsk, Orekhov, and Dnieper directions, no active offensive actions by the enemy have been recorded, but the enemy continues to carry out air strikes.
The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to hold back the enemy’s advance and maintain their positions.
