Due to Russian shelling and bad weather in Ukraine, consumers in several regions remain without power. Emergency crews are already working to restore power.
This was reported by Ukrenergo.
According to the company, due to enemy strikes, some consumers in Donetsk, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Dnipropetrovsk regions were left without electricity in the morning. Where the security situation allows, energy workers have already begun emergency restoration work.
In addition, 16 settlements in Sumy and Dnipropetrovsk regions are completely or partially without power due to the bad weather. Repair crews are restoring damaged power lines.
Ukrenergo also noted that electricity consumption in Ukraine is showing a downward trend. As of 09:30 on July 10, it was 1.3% lower than at the same time of day earlier.
Energy experts recommend using powerful electrical appliances mainly during the daytime — from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., when solar power plants operate most efficiently.
