There was a major failure in “Reserve+”

On the morning of July 12, a technical failure was recorded in the operation of the Reserve+ application again. Users report that the service is running slowly and that they are unable to log into their accounts.
Due to an error in uploading personal data, people cannot access military registration documents, reservation information and deferments.
The main screen displays the message:
“Something strange happened. Please try again later.”
Let us recall that a preliminary failure in “Reserve+” was recorded on July 10, when the application also froze and did not allow authorization.
Let us recall that by the end of 2025, the Ministry of Defense plans to expand the functionality of “Reserve+”. The application will allow signing a contract with the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As reported, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine explained how to appeal the conclusion of the VLK if you consider it unfounded or erroneous.
