There were 117 battles on the front: what is the situation on the Pokrovsky direction?

Since the beginning of the day, 117 combat clashes have taken place on the front. This is stated in the evening summary of the General Staff .

The enemy from the territory of the Russian Federation launched artillery attacks on the areas of the settlements of Mykolaivka, Mykhalchyna Sloboda in Chernihiv region; Bila Bereza, Starykove, Kucherivka, Shalyhyne in Sumy region.

In the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, the enemy carried out six attacks on the positions of Ukrainian defenders, one battle is currently ongoing, also carried out an air strike, using two guided bombs, and carried out 60 shellings of settlements and positions of our units.

In the South Slobozhansk direction, the enemy attacked three times in the areas of the settlements of Vovchansk and Synelnykovo. One clash is still ongoing.

In the Kupyansk direction, a battle is taking place in the area of Stepovaya Novoselivka.

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled six attacks by the invaders in the areas of the settlements of Novoyehorivka, Seredne, Zarichne, and towards the settlement of Novy Mir. One combat clash is still ongoing.

In the Slavyansk direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled four enemy attacks, and another battle is still ongoing. The occupiers’ units tried to advance in the areas of Yampol, Serebryanka, and Sacco and Vanzetti.

In the Kramatorsk direction, since the beginning of the current day, the enemy has made one offensive attempt in the Chasovy Yar area.

In the Kostyantynivka direction, the invaders carried out 24 offensive actions near Shcherbynivka, Rusyn Yar, Yablunivka, Oleksandro-Shultyny and towards Kostyantynivka, Predtechyny, and Sofiivka. One attack is still ongoing.

In the Pokrovsk direction, during the day, the enemy tried 42 times to advance towards our positions near the settlements of Volodymyrivka, Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Novoekonomichne, Nykanorivka, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Dachne, Filiya and towards Novopavlivka.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, the aggressor attacked 12 times in the areas of the settlements of Zeleny Hai, Vorone, Oleksiivka, Verbove, Pryvilne, and Krasnohirske.

In the Hulyaipol direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled six attacks by the invaders near the settlements of Zelenyy Hai, Zatyshshya, Vysoke and towards the settlement of Pryluky. In addition, enemy aircraft struck the settlements of Vozdvizhivka and Hulyaipol.

In the Orikhiv direction, the Defense Forces repelled six enemy attacks in the area of the settlements of Stepove, Stepnohirsk, and Primorske.

In the Prydniprovskie direction, the Defense Forces repelled two enemy attacks in the direction of the Antonivskyi Bridge.

“No significant changes in the situation have been recorded in other areas. Ukrainian troops are exhausting the enemy along the entire line of combat contact and in the rear,” the military added.
