There were 136 clashes with the enemy at the front: almost half of them in the Pokrovsky and Lymansky directions.

During the day on August 30, 136 combat clashes between the Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russian invaders took place at the front.

This is stated in the summary of the General Staff.

The Pokrovske direction was the hottest – there, the invading units tried 38 times to break through the Ukrainian defenses in the areas of the settlements of Shakhove, Sukhetske, Nykanorivka, Volodymyrivka, Novoekonomichne, Myrolyubivka, Chervonyi Lyman, Promin, Lysivka, Zvirovo, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novoukrainka, as well as in the direction of Pokrovske and Zolotye Kolodyaz. Four clashes are still ongoing.

In the Lymansky direction, the invaders attacked the positions of the Defense Forces 24 times near the settlements of Novyi Mir, Kolodyazhi, Dibrov and in the direction of Shandryholovy, Dronivka.

In the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy attacked 13 times in the areas of the settlements of Oleksandrograd, Maliivka, Shevchenko, Zelene Pole, in the direction of Novoselivka, Komyshuvakha. The defenders of Ukraine stopped all enemy attacks.

In the Torets direction, the Russians attacked Ukrainian positions 11 times, concentrating their efforts in the areas of the settlements of Pleshchiivka, Rusyn Yar, and Poltavka. Ukrainian soldiers stopped ten enemy offensive actions, and one more clash is ongoing.

In the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, Ukrainian defenders repelled 9 attacks by the Russian army.

In the South Slobozhansk direction, the Defense Forces stopped 8 enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Vovchansk and Kamyanka.

In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy carried out 8 offensive actions against the positions of Ukrainian defenders in the areas of the settlements of Petropavlivka and Kupyansk.

In the Siverskyi direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 4 enemy attacks near Serebryanka.

In the Orikhiv direction, the Russians attacked four times, in particular, the occupiers tried to advance in the area of the settlement of Kamianske.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the Armed Forces of Ukraine successfully repelled one enemy assault. There, the invaders unsuccessfully tried to advance in the area of the settlement of Stupochky.
