There were 158 clashes on the front in a day: the most difficult situation in the Pokrov direction

Over the past 24 hours, 158 combat clashes have occurred on the front. Russian troops are actively attacking in several directions at once, most of all in the east, where fierce fighting continues.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 8:00 a.m. on March 26.

Yesterday, the enemy carried out 70 air strikes, dropping 231 guided bombs. In addition, it used 9,414 kamikaze drones and carried out 4,184 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops, including 131 from multiple rocket launchers.

The aggressor carried out airstrikes, in particular in the areas of settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk region: Velykymykhaylivka, Havrylivka, Pidhavrylivka, Kolomyytsia, Novoselivka, Khrystoforivka. In the Zaporizhia region, the following cities were affected by airstrikes: Vozdvizhivka, Hulyaipilske, Yehorivka, Shyroke, Kopani, Dolynka, Verkhnia Tersa, Kamyanka, Voskresenko, Barvinivka, Novosoloshyne, Lyubymivka, Veseljanka, and Novooleksandrivka.

Over the past day, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile forces, and artillery have struck one UAV control point and eight areas of concentration of enemy manpower and equipment.

In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions over the past day, the enemy carried out 89 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements, including four using MLRS. It carried out one airstrike using four CABs. Three clashes were recorded during the day.

In the South-Slobozhansk direction, the enemy tried three times to break through the defensive lines of our defenders in the direction of Starytsia, Zybynovo, and Okhrimivka.

In the Kupyansk direction, according to updated information, the enemy attacked four times in the direction of Novaya Kruglyakivka, Kurylivka, and Platonovka.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked six times, trying to wedge into our defenses in the direction of Drobyshevy, Lyman, Dibrova, and in the area of the settlement of Kopanky.

In the Slavyansk direction, during the past 24 hours, our defenders stopped eight attempts by the occupiers to advance in the areas of Zakitne, Riznykovka, Platonovka, and towards Rai-Oleksandrivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy once tried to improve its position by storming in the area of Chasovy Yar.

In the Kostyantynivka direction, the enemy carried out 16 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Kostyantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Novopavlivka and towards Illinivka and Toretske.

In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 44 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Bilytske, Rodynske, Myrnograd, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, Novopidhorodne, Molodetske, Horikhove, Svitle, Novoserhiivka and towards New Donbas, Novooleksandrivka, Hryshyne, Shevchenko.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy attacked three times in the areas of the settlements of Ternove, Oleksandrovagrad, and Krasnohirske.

In the Hulyaipol direction, there were 17 attacks by the occupiers in the areas of the settlements of Hulyaipol, Varvarivka, Olenokostyantynivka and towards Zaliznychne and Myrne.

In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy attacked in the Primorsk area.

In the Dnieper direction, the enemy carried out two assault operations – towards the Antoniv Bridge and Bilogruy Island.

No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.
