There were 160 clashes at the front: where were the most attacks

Over the past 24 hours, 160 combat clashes have occurred on the Russian-Ukrainian front. The hottest situation remains in the Pokrov direction.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 08:00 on July 17.
According to updated information, yesterday the invaders launched one missile and 78 air strikes on the territory of Ukraine, used two missiles and dropped 125 guided aerial bombs. In addition, they used 4,150 kamikaze drones to strike and carried out 5,662 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements, including 102 from multiple launch rocket systems.
The aggressor carried out airstrikes, in particular, on the areas of the settlements of Obody in Sumy region; Dobropillya in Donetsk region; Bilogirya, Uspenivka, Novoandriyevka, Plavny in Zaporizhia region; and Kozatske in Kherson region.
Over the past day, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile forces, and artillery have struck 12 areas of concentration of enemy personnel, weapons, and military equipment.
In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, since the beginning of the day, Ukrainian soldiers have repelled 21 assault operations by the occupiers. In addition, the enemy has carried out 13 air strikes, dropping 33 guided bombs, and has also carried out 340 shelling of the positions of our troops and settlements, including seven from multiple launch rocket systems.
In the South Slobozhansk direction, the enemy stormed the positions of our units 13 times in the areas of Vovchansk, Zelenye, Stroivka, and towards Kudiivka.
In the Kupyansk direction, three attacks by the invaders took place in a day. The defense forces repelled the enemy’s assault actions in the areas of the settlements of Kindrashivka, Synkivka, and Zagryzove.
In the Lymansky direction, the enemy attacked 22 times, trying to advance near the settlements of Novoyehorivka, Novyi Mir, Nadiya, Karpivka, Kolodyazi, Yampolivka, Zelena Dolyna, Torske, and towards Serebryanka.
In the Siversky direction, in the area of Hryhorivka and towards Viymka, the enemy attacked the positions of our troops four times.
Seven clashes were recorded in the Kramatorsk direction, the invader attacked in the Orikhovo-Vasylivka area and towards Bila Hora and Predtechyny.
In the Torets direction, the enemy carried out nine attacks in the areas of Shcherbinivka, Nelipivka, Toretsk, Rusyn Yar, and Oleksandro-Kalynovoye.
In the Pokrovsky direction, our defenders stopped 51 assault and offensive actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Poltavka, Novoekonomichne, Myrolyubivka, Lysivka, Novoukrainka, Zvirovo, Kotlyne, Udachne, Muravka, and Oleksiivka.
In the Novopavlivske direction, the enemy attacked our positions 22 times in the areas of the settlements of Piddubne, Myrne, Vilne Pole, Voskresenka, and Zelene Pole.
In the Hulyaipil , Orikhiv , and Prydniprov directions, the invaders did not conduct offensive operations in the past day.
No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.
