There were 193 clashes on the front: where were the most attacks?

Over the past 24 hours, 193 combat clashes have occurred on the Russian-Ukrainian front. The hottest situation remains in the Pokrov direction.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 08:00 on July 31.

Yesterday, the enemy carried out 70 airstrikes, dropped 122 guided bombs. In addition, it carried out 5,557 attacks, including 64 from multiple rocket launcher systems, and engaged 3,472 kamikaze drones for destruction.

The aggressor launched an air strike with guided bombs on the settlement of Bilogirya, Zaporizhia region.
Over the past day, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile forces, and artillery have struck four areas of concentration of personnel, weapons, and military equipment, one command post, and one enemy artillery piece.

In the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, Ukrainian defenders repelled 32 Russian attacks. Over the past day, the enemy launched seven air strikes, dropped a total of 17 guided bombs, and carried out 317 artillery attacks, including ten from multiple launch rocket systems.

In the South Slobozhansk direction, our troops stopped ten enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Vovchansk, Krasne Pershe, and Kamyanka.

Five attacks by the invaders took place in the Kupyansk direction yesterday. Our defenders repelled the enemy’s assault actions in the areas of the settlements of Kindrashivka, Zagryzove and in the direction of Kupyansk.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 20 times, trying to penetrate our defenses near the settlements: Karpivka, Novyi Mir, Ridkodub, Yampolivka, Dibrova – towards the settlements of Dronivka, Shandryholove, Olhivka, Yampil.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers attacked seven times in the areas of Chasovy Yar, Minkivka, Novomarkovo, and in the direction of Bondarne, Predtechyny.

In the Toretsk direction, the enemy carried out 14 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Toretsk, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Shcherbynivka, Oleksandro-Kalynove, in the direction of Stepanivka, Bila Hora, and Pleshchiivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 49 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements: Popiv Yar, Fedorivka, Novoekonomichne, Promin, Lysivka, Zvirivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Horikhove, in the direction of the settlements of Boykivka, Novopavlivka, Pokrovsk, Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Novoukrainka, Dachne.

In the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy yesterday carried out 24 attacks in the areas of the following settlements: Zaporizhzhia, Komar, Perebudoga, Piddubne, Maliivka, Fedorivka, Shevchenko, Novopil.

In the Hulyaipil direction, our defenders repelled one enemy attack near the settlement of Malynivka.

Once, the aggressor attacked in the Orikhiv direction – the occupiers were trying to advance in the area of the settlement of Plavni.

In the Dnieper direction, our defenders successfully stopped three enemy attacks.

No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.
